I’m stopping in at the Mystic’s cave to give blessing to my journey and ask for mediating a connection with the divine. Like an insurance policy for the wandering soul, the Mystic provides for the intercession connection that spans various religious and philosophic traditions. The scent that lingers here in the in between is that of freshly ground herbs, aromatics of clary sage, peppercorn and coriander. An earthly heart to keep us here and present with moss, patchouli, and chamomile with balsam branches to symbolize the tree’s interconnected being with heaven and earth.
